Body Electronics Weekly Point holding group

Point holding is a deeply challenging and holistic group healing practice that is the centerpiece of Body Electronics. Since 1996, Christ the Healer UCC has hosted one of the few weekly open groups in this country.

Our regulars have made a serious commitment of their time and intention to the practice, and we ask those who are new to Body Electronics to acquaint themselves with meetup member Thomas C. Chavez' book on the subject, Body Electronics -- Vital Steps in Physical Regeneration, before coming. In addition, Thomas will gladly respond to your interest if you message him for a conversation. Please do not show up without an RSVP as this meets in a private home.

From time to time, we offer a 4 day BE teaching and point holding intensive that is highly recommended for beginners as well as those who have learned to value the profound healing at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level that continuing practice offers.

Following the weekly point holding, this group is currently watching and discussing a video class on esoteric philosophy and the spiritual principles that inspired Dr. John Whitman Ray, the founder of Body Electronics.
