In this session, Microsoft MVP Hamish Watson will show how DevOps practices are evolving to support AI-powered applications on Azure. We’ll look at the practical side of deploying and operating AI workloads — from prompt management and testing to infrastructure automation, observability, governance, and cost control.

Using real-world examples with Azure OpenAI, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code, this session explores how traditional DevOps concepts are being adapted for modern AI systems.
