"Amy Freeman is a personal trainer with over 20 years' experience in the health and fitness industry and holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology. She combines the science of behaviour change with practical health and performance strategies to help people create lasting habits."
As well as our monthly topic, each meeting consists of:
- Spotlight - one business owner sharing what they do (Serena Page from Property Scouts)
- Fun facts - lesser known facts about businesses from the past
- Introductions - round room brief intros - who you are/what do you do
- Networking - round table group discussions about what people have been up to, the successes, the challenges, whatever is on your mind
