## Volleyball Meetup Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

By attending and participating in any volleyball meetup, including but not limited to open gym, outdoor, grass, or sand volleyball, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation in volleyball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions with other players, contact with equipment, uneven playing surfaces, weather conditions, and physical injuries ranging from minor soreness to serious injury.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that you are participating at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the organizers, hosts, volunteers, coaches (if any), facility owners, property owners, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation, including those caused by negligence.
You confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you are responsible for your own medical care and expenses. No medical supervision or insurance is provided by the meetup organizers.
You agree to follow all posted rules and reasonable safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity.
