Jessica Radley is the CEO of Nectome and the driving force behind its transition from breakthrough science to real-world impact. She joined the company in 2018 as Chief of Staff and stepped into the CEO role in 2025.
Prior to Nectome, Jessica founded Chroma AI and Adaptive Medical Systems, to solve complex technical challenges in emerging fields, and developed machine learning software solutions to defend users against cyberattacks. Jessica now leads a multidisciplinary team working at the frontier of neuroscience, longevity, and technology.
Nectome is a research organization dedicated to advancing the science of memory. We design and conduct experiments to discover how the brain physically creates memories, and we develop biological preservation techniques to better preserve the physical traces of memory.
A memorial service will be held for Doug Baldwin who was the Audio Visual Technical Director of the Church of Perpetual Life, but who was cryopreserved at the Cryonics Institute a few months ago.
