Tiny Roots, Mighty Minds™ is a welcoming Cincinnati community for parents, nannies, grandparents, and caregivers of babies from birth through 24 months to connect, learn, explore, and grow together.
The first two years are filled with incredible growth for babies and for the adults caring for them. This community brings families and caregivers together through baby-friendly outings, age-appropriate developmental experiences, practical resources, meaningful connections, and opportunities to meet other local families.
We believe some of the most powerful moments in a baby's development happen through the little things we already do every day—talking, playing, moving, exploring, comforting, cuddling, and connecting.
I'm Tonya Kindell, also known as Nanny T, founder of Tiny Roots, Mighty Minds™. After more than 30 years of caring for babies and young children as a professional nanny and childcare provider, I created this community because I believe babies grow best when the people caring for them feel supported, connected, and encouraged too.
Come as you are, bring your little one, and let's learn, connect, explore, and grow together.
