Hello fellow inquisitive real estate minds! This group is designated for individuals interested in investing in real estate in the forms of rehabs/flips and multi-unit properties. I'm a Veteran myself and have been in the real estate world for 2 years now. For my career, I've chosen to focus in on the investing world and am doing my best to continue to be sponge soaking up information. I know there are plenty of individuals out there like myself that are curious about flipping homes and buying multi-families. I was one of those people that took my curiosity to the next level 2 years ago and am now a full-time real estate agent focusing primarily in the investment world. I've still got plenty to learn and I want to bring like-minded individuals together to discuss relevant topics that will help us all become more proficient in this field. Each meet-up will have a designated topic of discussion. These topics can range from how to find the right contractor, how to prospect for the right property/community or how to finance a deal.
