About us

The Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (BKA REIAGC) is the tri-state area's original (established 1976!), largest (950 members and counting!) and most excited (you can tell from all the exclamation points!) community of real estate entrepreneurs.

We're new and experienced landlords, flippers, creative finance fans, wholesalers, retailers, lease/option fans, note buyers, lenders, and more...and we meet together to share resources, ideas, education, and inspiration.

If you're a big-pie person who knows that other people's success doesn't detract from yours, and you value hard-core education and advice from experienced local, regional and national experts, and you know that financial independence, like everything else worth having, requires hard work, and you're an ethical, prosperity-minded person, we welcome you!

Our general meetings, on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, are open to the public; you can find the topic and download a free guest pass anytime at www.CincinnatiREIA.com

We also host focus groups for members only on wholesaling, retailing, note buying, passive investing, creative buying and selling, landlording, investing in apartments, issues for women investors, and more; information is also available at www.CincinnatiREIA.com

If you're serious about real estate investing, and want local, no B.S. information and inspiration to start or grow your own business or portfolio, you've found the right place. Join us for our next meeting!

We welcome your questions at (513) 407-3137 or via email at info@CincinnatiREIA.com.

Let’s be honest. In 2026, you can’t use 2023 strategies and “hope” a deal works out.

Demand for rentals, wholesale deals, retail deals, and even loans has changed, and that means that the most active, experienced investors have changed the way they do deals (and maybe even the kinds of deals they’ll do).

Here at REIAGC, our job is to shortcut your learning curve by introducing you to the people and concepts you need to take the shortest path from here to financial freedom, and we think you’ll agree that this meeting is a no-brainer, if you’re serious about making wealth-building deals this year.

    Here’s the detailed agenda:
    From 6:00–7:00 p.m.,
    From 7:30–9:00 p.m.,

    Agenda:
    5:00–6:00 p.m. Complimentary Light Dinner & Networking
6:00–7:00 p.m**. New Investor Meeting: Basics of Making Money in Rentals with Vena Jones-Cox**. If you’re planning to buy rentals today, you have to know how to evaluate the REAL income and expenses before you make an offer. If you’re new, you’ll finally understand how rentals really produce profit. If you’ve been around a while, you’ll see how today’s numbers change the math.

    7:00 –7:30 Buy-Sell-Trade (Members Only)
Bring your deals, money, buyer lists, referrals, and requests.
Fast-moving. Bring flyers or business cards.
Guests get a quick orientation with Executive Director Vena Jones-Cox.

7:30–9:00 p.m. Main Meeting: Your 2026 Buy Box: What Experienced Investors are Buying in 2026 (and what they won’t touch). Our panel of active, experienced investors will lay out their 2026 buy boxes. Not hypotheticals. Not “in theory.”
What they are actually buying—and what they won’t touch.

    They’ll share:

    • What property types investors are actively pursuing
    • What strategies they’ve stopped using
    • The exact numbers they require before they say yes
    • How insurance, taxes, and rates have tightened the buy box
    • What instantly disqualifies a deal in today’s market
    • How to define your own 2026 buy box based on capital and risk tolerance

Members and non-members at any level of knowledge and experience are welcome—as long as you’re serious about real estate, value experience-based, no B.S. education, and want to give as much as you get.

Remember, to actually reserve your seat, you have to go HERE and register on our website!

    Saturday, March 14th, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Seller financing isn’t a “backup strategy.”

In this market, it’s how the best deals actually get done.
We’re seeing more motivated sellers—but many of them still want prices that don’t work with cash or traditional financing. Creative finance often solves that problem, but only if you know how to negotiate it.

This workshop is for investors who want to do subject to, seller financing, and lease/option deals but aren’t sure how to talk to sellers, ask the right questions, and make offers that get accepted.

    You’ll learn:

    • Which sellers are most open to creative deals
    • How to uncover the real reasons they’re selling
    • How to overcome objections
    • When and how to present offers
    • How to use multiple offers to increase your odds

The workshop will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording, so register even if you can’t attend live—plus, it has a 100% satisfaction guarantee (and a very cheap entry fee!)
