What we’re about
The Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (BKA REIAGC) is the tri-state area's original (established 1976!), largest (950 members and counting!) and most excited (you can tell from all the exclamation points!) community of real estate entrepreneurs.
We're new and experienced landlords, flippers, creative finance fans, wholesalers, retailers, lease/option fans, note buyers, lenders, and more...and we meet together to share resources, ideas, education, and inspiration.
If you're a big-pie person who knows that other people's success doesn't detract from yours, and you value hard-core education and advice from experienced local, regional and national experts, and you know that financial independence, like everything else worth having, requires hard work, and you're an ethical, prosperity-minded person, we welcome you!

At our in-person Cincinnati Chapter meetings, we love to bring you LOCAL experts and information that just can’t be duplicated online, with a national audience.
At September’s meeting, we’re doing that in TWO ways: by bringing you a panel of insurance experts who feel your pain over higher prices, but also know what insurance you really do (and don’t) need, and by getting you face-to-face with our experienced local members for some Tri-State area advice and mentoring.

Like everything else, insurance rates just seem to climb, and climb, and climb. So it’s time to get together some experts to talk about the nerdy-but-important topic of:
- What insurance do you actually NEED? Actual cash value? Replacement cost? Wind? Water? Loss of rents?
- Is there anything you can do to your PROPERTIES to lower you insurance bill?
- What about your POLICY? Does raising the deductible or removing unnecessary coverages help, or hurt?
Yeah, yeah…no one wants to talk about insurance until they have a claim, but this hour could save you big, AND it fulfills the hard-to-get Ohio Professional Housing Provider (OPHP) insurance requirement!

Buy-Sell-Trade Bring your deals, your money, your buyer’s list form, those appliances you took out of a rehab but don’t want to throw away (don’t literally bring those, ‘k?), your requests for referrals, whatever! and tell your colleagues about them.Buy-sell-trade is for members only, and we suggest that you bring flyers or business cards with your contact information because it’ll move FAST…

Get Mentored Night!You KNOW you benefit from the advice and life experience of more seasoned investors, especially in a market as wonky as this one is.
We’re giving you the chance to meet those experienced experts, and ask them your ‘big picture’ questions, or even bring a deal that you’re working on to have them give their opinion.You’ll have the chance to sit with these mentors in small groups and make the connections you want; you’ll have the chance to hang with at least 5 different experts on different topics during the course of the evening.
If you’ve been intimidated by the success and knowledge of these folks (or just didn’t know who to go to for what questions), this is your chance to pick their brains in an easy, structured atmosphere where THAT’S WHY THEY’RE THERE!
