What we’re about
The Real Estate Investors Association of Greater Cincinnati (BKA REIAGC) is the tri-state area's original (established 1976!), largest (950 members and counting!) and most excited (you can tell from all the exclamation points!) community of real estate entrepreneurs.
We're new and experienced landlords, flippers, creative finance fans, wholesalers, retailers, lease/option fans, note buyers, lenders, and more...and we meet together to share resources, ideas, education, and inspiration.
If you're a big-pie person who knows that other people's success doesn't detract from yours, and you value hard-core education and advice from experienced local, regional and national experts, and you know that financial independence, like everything else worth having, requires hard work, and you're an ethical, prosperity-minded person, we welcome you!

Important Changes to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program with Lisa Isham, VP of CMHA: Ms. Isham will share what’s new and what’s coming in the Section 8 program, and answer your questions about how to navigate the Housing Choice Voucher Program
Members: Buy-Sell-Trade Bring your deals, your money, your buyer’s list form, those appliances you took out of a rehab but don’t want to throw away (don’t literally bring those, ‘k?), your requests for referrals, whatever! and tell your colleagues about them.

You can take all the seminars, watch all the videos, and THINK you understand how to buy deals with owner financing or private financing…
But in the real world, structuring these deals takes a lot of knowledge.
- How do you figure out what the right structure is for each deal? Is it subject to, owner carryback, a private loan or something else?
- How do you figure out the right price and terms for the deal?
- How do you get any cash you need—you know, for down payment, repair costs, holding costs, and so on…
If you’re really serious about negotiating owner finance and other creative deals (and you should be, because they’re the only non-qualifying, better-than-market terms deals you can do…AND because they let you pay WAY more than your competitors can for the same exact property)
…and you want to meet people who ALREADY know how to do them, so they can help you (or maybe partner with you!) on future deals…
