Urban hike: The Gruff (pizzeria in Covington) to Devou park and back

*****Meet outside the Gruff restaurant in Covington*****

Hey all,

I think it would be a lot of fun to do an urban hike from the Gruff restaurant (pizza) to the scenic overlook at Devou park (get to look at the Cincy skyline which is one of the best in my opinion). We will also do a half a mile loop around the scenic overlook at Devou park. ****Expect that the hike will be hilly when we are in Devou park but we'll take short breaks as needed*****. The rest of the hike should be relatively flat. We will go a moderate pace around 3 mph and the total distance should be between 5.5 and 6 miles. Should take around 2.5 hours in total. Also be prepared that it could be pretty hot and sunny so make sure you bring sunscreen, water, etc. Will cancel for Bad weather. Parking around the restaurant is street parking that you most likely have to pay for. See you all there!
