Circle Song Orlando ⭕️ is a monthly practice of authentic and intuitive vocalizing, carrying us to new heights of creativity, healing, and fun. 🎵🪽🤸🏽‍♀️

Facilitators Lua and Patrick will guide you to find your true inner song, while dissolving barriers of self-consciousness. This month we’ll feature guest vocalist Allavie (bio below)! 🌟

What to Expect:

🍵 Warm-up: Herbal tea & gentle humming
💆🏽‍♀️ Let Go: Exercises to drop out of the head and into the heart/throat
🍃 Flow: Improvisational forms & canon harmonies
🕉️ Soul Song: Freeform time to let spirit lead
🫂 Connection: A non-judgmental space to reset your nervous system and find tribe

For Allavie, singing is a living, breathing experience of real-time co-creation. She finds her greatest joy in helping others unlock their natural expression, confidence, and vocal power through her coaching and immersive workshops.
