There are many benefits to joining this slower-paced session, but the main advantage is that you can focus on yourself. When you practise embodied voice and yoga in the comfort of your home, you solely focus on yourself, your practice, and your time on the mat... and suddenly, the outside distractions disappear.

The "To Move with the Voice" project, created in 2015, aims to support anyone who wants to develop their voice and ability to sing, speak, and communicate with greater authenticity. This project incorporates current research studies in the tradition of voice training and embodied yoga/movement.
