Lunch and casual Chess Meetup. Chess Tournament Optional

Hello everybody and welcome new members.
For those of you who are interested, I would like to do a Chess Tournament. The Chess tournaments would happen once every 3 months. We are looking at March, June, September, and December.
Tournament style: Elimination.
Entry Fee $30 a person.
Minimum No. of people to hold tournament 10
Chess games will be 20 Minutes.
Minimum of 10 players. $300.00
Gregory gets $100
I give $50 to the house
I keep $50.
1 win equeals 1 point. 1 loss loses a point. A draw equals 0.
2 losses equals elimination.
Final winner gets $140. Semi Final winner gets $60.
To sign up for the tournament please do the following.
01. go to my website http://www.its-checkmate.com and click on contact Gregory Carr.
02. Fill out the form. Subject, type chess tournament sign up. and in the body type your full first and last name and state that you would like to sign up for the chess tournament.
Tournament will start at 1:00 sharp. Please bring your own board and your own chess clock. Please be there by 12:30 so we have time to pair names. I will be happy to answer any quuestions you may have.
Please Note: I will not be playing in the tournament, I will only be running it. If I get more then 10 players, I will adjust the prize pool accordingly.

The Citrus Heights Chess Club Discord channel is now open. Here is the link. https://discord.gg/Txq3eXUb6x The main purpose of the discord channel is to make things easier for club members to leave messages with each other. You may also upload or live stream your chess games that you play on chess.com if you like.
For those of you who are interested, I also run a youtube channel. My channel is called, All My Favorite Games.
@allmyfavorite games in the youtube search bar and my channel will come up. Just click on the game controller. I will try to post 2 or 3 videos a week. I will be alternating between Backgammon, Chess and PBA Bowling 2026 game. I will also play whatever games my subscribers request. If you are interested in watching amatures play chess, that will be taking place on my YouTube channel.

Club Rules
(01) Everyone is expected to bring their own chess set.
(02) No eating and playing chess at the same time.
(03) Please wash your hands before playing chess.
(04) If you can't make it, I understand, but please let me know.
(5) If you are not feeling well, I hope you feel better soon and that you are able to make it the next month.
I'm just trying to avoid having greasy hands or a spilled drink on somebody's chess board.
