Civic Tech Worknight

We'll continue on with doing "hack nights" and see how things go.

There is no structured agenda or scheduled speaker. It's low stakes, no pressure, just drop in. We’ll play it by ear and see what folks who show up want to do. It might just be more conversation around tech and data, or people working on their own, or a couple of folks trying to bang out a quick piece of code that evening, or maybe all of the above!

We'll be at Pinney Library on Cottage Grove Road from 6pm to 8pm on Thurs April 24th in Community Room B.

This is a hybrid event, but Meetup sucks and even though we're on the paid plan it doesn't let you specify a hybrid event without even more of an upsell, so here's the Zoom info. Pinney has a Zoom Room setup so we should be able to have good interactions between folks in the room and folks who are remote.

Meetup has been bought by private equity so at some point we're likely to stop using Meetup. Please join the Google Group (https://groups.google.com/g/hackingmadison) though we'll keep posting events on Meetup for at least the next few months.
