  • itsneerby highlights public spaces and their local stories through photography. Project lead Nithursan Elamuhilan will share the process of creating itsneerby, as well as lessons learned through revitalizing a five-year old open source web mapping project.

Speaker: Nithursan Elamuhilan

  • Nithursan is a data analyst, photographer, and avid cyclist. Through visual arts and civic tech projects, he is interested in exploring ways to create a positive impact in the Scarborough and Greater Toronto community.

  • We're meeting in Room 480 of the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto (55 St. George Street, north of College St.). There will be signs!
