Topic: How does Toronto use open data?
- The team from Toronto Open Data will discuss how the city's data portal has been used over the past two years. Mackenzie and Reza will share insights about what people are searching for, and which open data sets are being used and downloaded by residents.
Speakers: Reza Ghasemzadeh and Mackenzie Nichols
- Reza is a software developer at the City of Toronto's open data team. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Toronto, where he studied autonomous vehicles. Over the past three years, he has developed and implemented machine learning models and data science projects.
- Mackenzie is a software developer on the City of Toronto's open data team.
