The City of Toronto's Service Design and Delivery team will present recent digital projects in partnership with the Housing Secretariat, including two housing data initiatives and a sneak peek at some upcoming tenant support tools!
Speakers: Anne-Marie Croce and Marisa Bernstein
- Anne-Marie and Marisa are members of the City of Toronto's Service Design & Delivery team (part of the new Customer Experience Division). They work closely with the City's Housing Secretariat to deliver housing-related digital and analog initiatives by leveraging an empathy-based, human-centred design approach.

- We're meeting in Room 380 of the Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Toronto (55 St. George Street, north of College St., 3rd floor). There will be signs!
