Data is one of Toronto Fleet Services Division's most valuable assets. Through their operations dashboards and scorecards, the division harnesses trends and insights, demonstrating the impact of incorporating business intelligence (BI) into their ongoing organizational strategy. This approach highlights the growing role data plays in driving informed decisions and optimizing fleet operations.

Lin Mu started building the fleet business intelligence team in 2022 and is leading the division's technology transformation, BI strategy and roadmap.

Mario Salvagio is the Director of Fleet Business Management at the City of Toronto.
