"A Night of Hope & Health" 3 Steps to Walk Through Grief During the Holiday's

Details
Welcome Members,
I'm thrilled to launch our first MeetUp. It is a time sensitive event on purpose for those of you who are in town for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday and feel the strong urge to connect, be with like minded new friends and support each other.
We will meet at a warm and modern venue filled with comforting and inspiring energy. The tea kettle will be on and we will enjoy light, fun and healthy treats.
I will dedicate a brief moment at the start of our meeting to get to know each other and share about your interest in joining the group, as well as express your personal experiences with grief and loss, and any main health concerns you may have as it relates to walking through grief during the Holiday Season.
I will introduce our topic for the evening, "3 steps to walking through grief during the Holiday Season" with a brief discussion about my personal struggles for years with grief, loss, and anxiety during the Holiday's and how I overcame those struggles and feel healthier and happier today.
These are the 3 Steps:
*The 4 Core Healthy Living Practices Checklist to implement on a daily basis as it leads up to the Holiday's.
*How to heal your mind, body and heart with whole food nutrition
*How to identify and overcome emotional eating and cravings
This awareness ultimately leads a woman to claim her health, express how she feels and heal from grief and loss. I will share how the 4 Core Healthy Living Practices checklist helped me to begin to heal from my own unresolved grief and loss, after the death of my father, Glen in 2001, my baby brother, Greg in 2015 and my 98-year-old grandmother Velta in 2016, so you too can own your power, feel less anxiety and experience joy again; feeling a part of the Holiday festivities and not feeling alone. The evening will close with comforting final thoughts.
Looking forward to seeing you at "A Night of Hope & Health"
In health and happiness,
Tara
