Austin, we're doing it again.
After a solid first meetup back (8 people showed up, all newcomers - excellent energy), we're gathering again Wednesday, May 27th at Bennu Coffee on MLK.
When: Wednesday, May 27th, 6:30-8:00 PM
Where: Bennu Coffee, 2001 E Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Austin, TX 78702
What: Communication Guides and Session Summaries - Building Continuity Systems
Here's the thing: You don't need to code to make Claude actually useful for ongoing projects. You just need organization and a system.
I'm walking through a real example - a system built by someone with zero programming knowledge that's been working reliably for over a year. Google Drive, well-organized folders, and consistent habits. That's it.
What we're covering:

  • How to teach Claude how you think and work (Communication Guides)
  • How to maintain context across sessions (Session Summaries)
  • Real walkthrough of a working non-technical system
  • Practical setup guidance you can use immediately

Why this matters: If you've ever felt like you're starting from scratch every time you open Claude, or you lose momentum between sessions, this is how you fix it.
Who should come:

  • Anyone working on projects longer than one conversation
  • People who want Claude to actually remember their context
  • Folks tired of re-explaining themselves every session
  • Especially newcomers - this is designed to be approachable

This isn't about selling you anything. This is "here's a system that works, here's why it works, here's how you can build your own version."
Presentation, Q&A, then open discussion about whatever you're working on.
See you there. ☕

P.S. - Seriously, no coding required. If you can organize files in folders, you can build this.
