3 mile walk at Frankie Carter Park, then coffee at Pearland Coffee Roasters #3

Let's walk a few short miles at Frankie Carter Randolph Park. We walk 3 miles in one hour (and sometimes 4 if we do the trails), then head to Pearland Coffee Roasters #3, the new coffee shop where Dunn Brothers once was, and chatting. Join us! :-) If it happens to be raining when we get there, we head straight for coffee and walk after.
