Workflowr: John Blischak

John Blischak will discuss strategies for improving the reproducibility of your R code and introduce his R package workflowr (https://jdblischak.github.io/workflowr/­). Workflowr combines literate programming (knitr and rmarkdown) and version control (Git, via git2r) to generate a website containing time-stamped, versioned, and documented results.

John Blischak is a postdoctoral scholar in the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Chicago.
