Glad to hear from you. I'm envious re your trip. But I was afraid you'd dropped me for lack of response. Can;t attend after all as will have guests, but keep me informed, please.

Subject: [movies-320] Queen of Versailles - Tuesday

Hi everyone,
I know it has been a while.  Amy and I were in Russia over the last several weeks, sort of like seeing a foreign film in person.  Although we didn't run into any hipsters, it is certainly a country in contrasts.
I am also offering any apologies for the last minute change of events related to Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry.  While it opened this weekend, it is only showing at noon (!).  A big thank you to Drew who found another last minute replacement for the film.  Just to be instructive, please confirm event details before heading out as film schedules and restaurant information can sometimes change at the last moment.
2016 - Obama's America
In interest of full disclosure, this is really a political film with a focused perspective rather than taking the standard documentary route.  You can join Bill at the Valley View theater at 4pm.  Dinner is at Lockkeepers afterward.
This documentary has been getting great reviews.  The only mediocre one I have seen was in the Plain Dealer.  I can imagine the questions already.  How much is enough?  Why does someone need such a luxurious life style?  Tuesday at 6 at Dewey's Pizza, near the Cedar Lee.
If any of these events look interesting to you, let me know and I can get you squared away to schedule one or more films.
Also, check this link for a list of all film Festivals and movie organizations in town (under menu option "Pages")
The Italian Film Festival is coming up soon and let me know if any of you might be interested in scheduling one of the films.  Thanks.
If you have already paid, thank you very much and no need to look further.
Otherwise, your dues of $5.00 are very important in  order for us to host directors coming into town and pay for the website.  Please select the link or pay your organizer AT THE NEXT GROUP EVENT if you haven't already.

Please Note: If you hit "REPLY", your message will be sent to everyone on this mailing list ([address removed])
