An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Join us for our 6th Annual Apple Picking Adventure (pick & pay) at Eddys Fruit Farm followed by optional lunch at Chesterland Tavern on Saturday, September 12th at 11 am.

Park and meet by the market. Wear hiking boots as we walk up the gravel road to the shed with the map of apples available to pick that day.

The farm has 36 varieties which are ready now through the end of October. We are allowed to pick Apples that are marked with a sign and orange cone at the row entrance. (So don’t go up to any tree and pick the apple.) Clear produce bags are given out at the shed inside the orchard which we walked to together.

Concord grapes will be available to pick and pay.

We walk up to a tree, see an apple, carefully twist it off, rub the apple on your pant leg to clean it, and they expect you to eat an apple in the Orchard. One free. The rest you buy at the shed or carry to the market.

The farm stand market also sells corn, mums, pumpkins, gourds, and more which you can buy before or after our walk about.

Whatever you pick you buy. What a blessing to pick food from a tree then eat a perfect fresh crunchy apple. Health and happiness is an inside job.
