Towpath Ride

DISTANCE: 14 miles total, this is an "out & back" ride.
SPEED: generally, 10mph-14mph. Nobody left behind, we meetup at the turnaround point and again post-ride at the gathering spot.
DIRECTION: north or south as the group decides.
TERRAIN: some paved but mostly crushed gravel & flat as a board.
AFTER: Fischer's Cafe.
PARKING: Lock29 Trailhead parking lot.
Other lots include next to where Eddy’s Bike Shop once stood, across from Winking Lizard. Lastly there’s the overflow lot a few hundred feet north of Lock29.
MISC:
Arrive a few minutes early to park, prep yourself, and your bike.
Meetup at the Lock 29 trailhead entrance.
We start on time unless there's a major traffic problem.
Restrooms are available at start & turnaround.
