The forecast for this Saturday is more beautiful weather!

This is the last outdoor concert in NE Ohio and it’s with Monica Robins & The Whiskey Kings. They have been rocking Cleveland since 1998 and feature the classic rock hits of the last four decades. They bring the party. So do we.

This is a FREE event on the east side at Stonewater Golf Course in Highland heights in the community of Aberdeen. So buy a drink to help pay for the band.

Park in the huge parking lot or next-door at the Aberdeen community center. A super stretched golf cart gives rides to the venue which is in the backyard behind the huge lodge building. Follow the path to the right by the golf course.

This is the final outdoor dance party of the season. The Yard will have a giant real fire pit going too! They have a bar, tables, and the Rustic Grill restaurant will have a food stand. No outside alcohol.

Let’s meet under the string of lights below the putting green on the hill. Bring a foldable chair. Look for my American flag chair which will probably be empty because I’ll be on the dance floor which is a stone patio. Best to dress in layers.

The band has opened for legendary acts such as Donnie Iris and the Cruisers, South Side Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Temptations, Eddie Money, and Hall & Oates.

Band members feature Monica Robins on lead vocals, the tasty licks of lead guitarist Sid Solomon, the smooth bass of Brian McDonald, the dulcet tones of Steve Revay playing the keys, the rhythm and backbeat of Deke Kumler on drums.

Sunset is 7:07pm. Last outdoor dance party — so don’t miss it! The venue opens at 5:30 so you can go early…however our meetup is at 7:30. See you soon!
