September 2021 is an opportune time to review the current status of Climate Change on our planet. *

On August 9, 2021, the United Nations IPCC published a report for Policymakers that Summarizes the "Physical Science Basis" of Climate Change in 2021.

By the time of this meetup's start, we'll know...

--> the number and kind of Extreme Weather Events that have taken place over the summer, globally and locally, in Central Oregon
--> how much ice Greenland lost during the 2021 Northern Hemisphere Summer.
--> whether measurable Arctic Ocean Sea Ice still exists after the 2021 Summer

We'll leverage the coincidence of these Climate Change-related Events to review and discuss the opinions expressed in the IPCC Report as well as other evidence and opinion.

--> We'll discuss the evidence using graphic images as much as possible.
