What we’re about
The purpose of the Climate Study/Action Group is to come together to discuss, process, research, and think about our current climate crisis on all levels. This includes reading books/articles, sharing and watching media, and collectively working towards change for a healthier future. This group will include discussion of radical and revolutionary texts and ideas, and will seek to get involved with the community in direct ways in order to advocate for climate minded policies, habits and ethics. We will discuss the complexity of the climate crisis, as well as utilize various perspectives in order to understand the crisis. --- Meetings will depend on participation, but will always center around socializing, deep thinking, and getting down to business!!
