K-Xplore is truly excited to invite all CIK members to the Cheorwon Hantangang River Ice Trekking Festival, a unique winter festival where you can walk along the frozen Hantangang River and experience Koreaβs winter landscape. βοΈ
This special festival offers a rare chance to see dramatic basalt gorges and columnar joints revealed only during winter.
The trekking course is about 8.5 km, taking 2β3 hours, and follows a scenic route between Taebong Bridge and Seungil Bridge.
In addition to trekking, visitors can enjoy winter street food, snow sledding, and themed photo zones.
Local food booths and traditional tteokguk at the opening ceremony allow you to fully experience Korean winter culture in Cheorwon. βοΈ

08:30 am Meet at Sports Complex station on line 2, Exit 1
10:00 am Arrived in Cheorwon
10:00~16:00 pm Partake in the festival (Fun activities on the frozen river)
14:00~16:00 pm Cheorwon Dirty Wind Naked Marathon (6K-Option)
16:30 pm Departing from Cheorwon
18:00 pm Arrived in Jamsil
