Cloud Platform Engineering Leaders

Cloud Platform Engineering Leaders is a leadership-led community for the people accountable for platform capability: heads of platform and infrastructure, directors of engineering, principal and staff engineers, SRE and DevOps leads, and anyone shaping platform strategy.

We focus on the strategy, operating models and execution behind high-performing platform functions: platform as a product, funding and headcount, developer experience and adoption, reliability and cost ownership, governance, and how value actually gets demonstrated to the business.

We run online sessions and roundtables for our leadership community, and we prioritise candid, hard-won experience over hype: what worked, what didn't, and what it cost.
Whether you lead a platform function today, are moving into a senior role, or shape direction as an experienced individual contributor, you're welcome here.
