Here's how it works (you'll recognize the structure if you've been to one of our evening events):

• Connect over a focusing question as people trickle in
• We'll spend a few minutes highlighting a perspective on a topic that sets the stage for the rest of the morning
• Breakout groups will focus their conversations on a single question to take that topic to the next level
• You'll walk away with something worth carrying into the rest of your week from the topic, plus authentic connections based on the meaningful topics you discuss

Then...magically...the rest of your day is better

We get together monthly - entrepreneurs, builders, and the people figuring it out in real time - for something that actually feels different.

We skip the elevator pitches. We skip the performance. We start from a different premise entirely: that incredible possibilities come to life when we connect based on who we are instead of based on what you do.

The evening runs from 6:30 to 8:30 PM (except for when we can't stop the conversations and keep chatting until they shut down).
We start with an open connection, but do so over a more specific conversation.

Then we go deeper, kicking off a facilitated discussion around a topic that matters (this month we're talking about the hidden influence of the people around you). This is the kind of conversation you wish happened at every event, but almost never does.

People come back. Not because we ask them to.
