You show up. You answer "so what do you do?" until it loses all meaning. You collect cards from people you'll never call. You drive home wondering why you went.
Charlotte Entrepreneurs exists because that version isn't good enough.
We get together monthly - entrepreneurs, builders, and the people figuring it out in real time - for something that actually feels different. We skip the elevator pitches. We skip the performance. We start from a different premise entirely: that incredible possibilities come to life when we connect based on who we are instead of based on what you do.
The evening runs from 6:30 to 8:30 PM (except for when we can't stop the conversations and keep chatting until they shut down).
We start with open connection, but do so over a more specific conversation.
Then we go deeper, kicking off a facilitated discussion around a topic that matters (this month we're talking about the hidden influence of the people around you). This is the kind of conversation you wish happened at every event but almost never does.
People come back. Not because we ask them to. Because it's the only room in Charlotte where they leave feeling more like themselves than when they walked in.
