š Lazy River Rendezvous: Summer Tubing Series š š
2541 New Gray Rock Rd, Fort Mill, SC, USSummer Series of laid-back floats down the picturesque Catawba River. These monthly escapes are your ticket to summer fun and relaxation.
Stay alert for weather conditions and look for updates in your inbox, as each float is weather-permitting.
Here's your Tubing Checklist:
- Tubing Essentials:
- A sturdy tube (river-ready, not a pool float)
- Amazon: River Run
- Walmart: Ozark Tube
- Air pump for inflating tubes
- We'll have some, but the more we have, the faster we'll be on the water!)
- Waterproof sunblock
- Hat and sunglasses (preferably ones you're okay with losing)
- Stay Hydrated & Snacked:
- Floating cooler with ice
- We'll have a few, but the more, the better!
- Hydrating beverages (water is a must)
- Tasty, easy-to-eat snacks
- Keep It Dry:
- Waterproof phone case or pouch
- Dry bag for belongings you want to keep safe
- For Your Comfort:
- Water shoes to protect your feet
- Towel for post-float drying off
- Safety & Convenience:
- Carabiners and rope to connect tubes
- Paddle or oars (in case the river is slow-moving)
- Life jacket (especially if you're not a confident swimmer)
- Keep It Fun:
- Waterproof Bluetooth speaker for tunes
- Camera (waterproof or with a protective case) to capture memories
