Charlotte Dragon Boat Association is a non-profit organization created to promote the sport of dragon boating in our region.

Charlotte Dragonboat invites all meetup folks to come and try it out. No experience is necessary. All age groups and fitness levels are welcome and we provide all the gear. You just need to wear workout clothes that can get splashed on, and bring water to drink.
Competitive team practice:
Wednesday 6:30 PM till 7:45 PM
Saturday 8:45 AM till 10:00 AM
Beginner dragon boat practice:
Saturday 10:00 AM till 11:30 AM

As you know, we have always supported our sister city up north and we will continue that trend and help them celebrate the 11th Annual Greater Triangle Area Dragon Boat Festival. It is a beautiful and a very accommodating venue. This event is opened to all eligible paid CDBA members in good standing. Please do not wait till the last days to sign up. You should sign up now and if found later that you cannot attend, sign off immediately then. Thanks.

Veterans who want extra water time are welcome but the practice is geared towards Surge.
