Board member decisions can have long term impact on the health and management of the building. How do we take the greatest care in making the right decisions, now, and for the future?

This month we'll meet in the UES, at Beyoglu, 1431 3rd Ave, NY 10028 on Wednesday 2/19 at 6:30pm to discuss when to stress our board decisions & processes, and lessons we may have learned through our own building emergencies.
