### Welcome to Weight Harmony Coaching & Therapy

Weight Harmony Coaching & Therapy was created to support people who want a healthier and more balanced relationship with food, movement, weight and themselves — without extreme diets, guilt or unrealistic pressure.

We believe long-term change is about far more than willpower alone.
Stress, emotions, habits, self-image, routines, nervous system regulation, confidence, movement and mindset can all play a role in how we eat, how we care for ourselves and whether changes actually last long term.

This group is led by:

Gaelle Joseph — Weight Management Coach, Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Philip Perre — Personal Trainer and Coach focused on sustainable movement, strength and lifestyle change.

Before each webinar, members will also have the opportunity to complete a short survey so we can continue creating sessions based on the real challenges and topics our community most wants support with.
