We don’t have to be systems practitioners to know that organisational culture has a significant impact on the various frameworks, methodologies or models we use in the workplace.

The tools we bring as practitioners might seem extremely powerful. At the same time, how effective they end up being depends on the kind of organisational culture teams are situated within.

Based on applied practice and the learned experience of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), Victor Nunez (ORSCC, CPCC, PCC, CSM) will share the characteristics of healthy and resilient organisational culture that serve to maximise the different frameworks you employ at work and how ORSC™ helps to bring about these organisational traits:

• The organisation values feedback and learning
• Social interaction in the organisation is trustful, collaborative and competent
• The organisation values teamwork
• The organisation is flexible, participative and encourages social interaction
• The project manager acts as a facilitator
• The organisation enables the empowerment of its people
• The management style is that of leadership and collaboration
• The organisation values face-to-face communication
• Communication in the organisation is informal

In this ORSCurious session, engage with Victor on his thoughts on what optimal organisational culture looks like and how ORSC™ helps you to achieve that.
