We are people enthusiasts who believe that relationships matter, from the boardroom to the living room. We look into individual, team and systems coaching and we love to explore these in business, family life, and general life challenges.

We are a community of practice which focuses on the human aspect of things as well as the practical performance. In this group, we share more about mindsets and skillsets that combine coaching, mediation, facilitation and other life skills. We also share practical skills and tools which highlight the impact of Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) in bringing about real, systemic change to organisations and communities.

We hold introduction sessions and activities to introduce you to the systems approach to coaching and consulting. All are welcome to join our sessions, whether you're someone really new to coaching or an experienced professional intending to brush up on your skills - we would love to meet you!
