Group Therapy in CPH - April Session

Details
We welcome you to our next session in April!
The group will remain open for new participants throughout April and May and will be closed in June and July, continuing only with the participants who have already joined.
How will our sessions be structured?
- Approximately 1 hour for warming up
- Around 2 to 2.5 hours for Psychodrama / Sociodrama / Role training work.
We blend Psychodrama psychotherapy and coaching techniques in a group environment, forming a new group focused on topics naturally arising from your experiences.
Venue: Tagensvej 85C, 2nd floor, Copenhagen
Below are the topics we will be focusing on, for anyone who needs comfort in the fact that the structure does exist :D We will customize topics and goals based on what the group needs.
1. The Authentic Self: Who is the authentic me? Are they strong and visible enough to the world and those around me?
2. Internal Dialogues and all personas in me: Exploring the Self.
3. My boundaries: Feeling strong but exhausted when I am firm with my boundaries.
4. Expressing and Listening: My triggers, everything that uncomfortably moves in me when I listen or express.
5. Dreams and hidden wishes: Vulnerability in admitting and facing them.
6. Conversations in partnerships: Surviving deep intimacy, scary unspoken wants and needs.
Outcomes: Clarity and integration of new insights and experiences. The purpose of the group work is for you to live through it, gain new insights into the body and mind, and remember them for later.
Send an e-mail to melinapajki@gmail.com to apply. The spots are limited to 10 participants.
**Why Group Coaching and Therapy?**
Enhanced Integration and Processing: The group setting fosters a supportive environment that can have a more significant impact than individual therapy for some. We engage in acting out scenarios that mirror your real-life challenges and situations. Together, we explore them, with you and the group defining the goals and areas you wish to work on. Specifically, this could facilitate better integration of the therapeutic process and insights than simply discussing them.
Community Connection: Frequently, the group forms unique bonds and evolves into a community that mutually supports and uplifts its members, enhancing the therapeutic effects of the group.
Safety in Vulnerability: While group settings may initially feel exposing, we are committed to providing you with resources to feel secure and supported. We adopt a step-by-step and safe approach. For some, the setup of group therapy may seem unusual, as being vulnerable with "strangers" is not a common occurrence in everyday life. The facilitator´s training in supporting individuals in vulnerability and group support might mean we are well prepared for the challenge.
About the Facilitator: Trained in coaching, group therapy, and under supervision for the European Certificate of Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (typically min. 4 years of training after graduation). Feel free to reach out to me at melinapajki@gmail.com for more information.
What is the cost? Voluntary contribution of no more than 200 DKK/session, to confirm your spot and contribute to venue costs. MobilePay 60581882.
Thank you.
