Group Psychotherapy: New Sessions Begin in November

Details
Join our psychotherapy group, a safe and supportive space to explore personal challenges and gain new insights.
About the Method
Developed by Jacob L. Moreno, Psychodrama is a therapy method where you re-enact real-life situations and inner conflicts in a supportive group setting. This process helps you gain new perspectives, enhance self-awareness, and foster emotional release by stepping into various roles—representing yourself, others, or symbolic figures.
What is in it for me?
- Safe and Supportive Environment: Share your experiences without judgment.
- Holistic Engagement: Address both emotional and cognitive aspects of your challenges.
- Effective for Personal Growth: Research shows group therapy and Psychodrama can improve emotional expression and strengthen relationships.
Other Benefits of Group Therapy:
- Enhanced Integration and Processing
In a supportive group setting, we engage in re-enacting scenarios that reflect real-life challenges. By exploring these situations together, we work toward better integrating therapeutic insights and personal growth into everyday life. - Community Connection
The group often forms deep bonds, evolving into a community that mutually supports and uplifts its members. This shared experience enhances the therapeutic process, providing you with a sense of belonging and connection. - Safety in Vulnerability
We understand that group therapy can feel unfamiliar at first. Hence, we focus on creating a secure and supportive space. We take a step-by-step approach to ensure you feel safe as you share and explore your challenges.
We work in a small group up to max. 8 people.

Time
Sessions will be held every other week, starting on November 7th or when the group is formed. The group will meet every second Thursday at 19:00 from November 2024 to June 2025. Each session will last 2 to 2.5 hours, with small schedule adjustments possible once the group is formed.
Cost
250-500 DKK per person, per session (depending on group’s size). Discounts are available for students and the unemployed.
Interested in Joining?
To ensure the group is cohesive and supportive for all members, we will conduct individual online interviews with those interested in joining. This allows us to meet, address questions, assess the decision to enter therapy and establish the first therapeutic contact. The goal is to create a group that feels comfortable, connected, and well-matched to everyone’s needs.
