Life, leadership, executive and business coaches help to make a positive difference and help the nonprofit organization, Allies Building Community Inc. (ABC) achieve its mission to "bridge divides, create opportunities, build community, end poverty and facilitate conversations." (tm) Come to meet and share with everyone your personal and business approach, how you define success for you and how others can support your efforts. Network each month at the same time and place with a diverse gathering of coaches, professionals, business prospects, social entrepreneurs and community builders in downtown Washington DC at One Fish Two Fish Asian restaurant, 2423 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, DC 20037 less than two blocks from Foggy Bottom George Washington University Metro Station.
EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!
You will not only meet coaches at this community networking event, you will also meet professionals and people of diverse background because our intention is to provide you with a monthly opportunity to meet many new contacts you may not otherwise meet this year and learn how we can be of service to you specifically. In sales, marketing professionals know the more face-to-face contacts you interact with, the more likely you will identify the kind of prospects or associates or investors you are looking for to collaborate with, to learn from or to build mutually beneficial infrastructure for greater future success.
The 3rd Sunday monthly event is a combined community event to make it easier for life coaches to meet new contacts of diverse backgrounds each month including prospective clients, investors, social entrepreneurs, tech professionals and others in the Washington DC metropolitan area. This community networking and outreach event is great for learning about other people's perspectives, building new and mutually beneficial relationships, enjoying new and stimulating experiences, and giving back to help build a friendlier, happier, healthier and more prosperous community for all.
After you arrive, you are expected to order something to eat and chat with others at the same table (self-pay). Then you will have a chance to introduce yourself to the entire group in the room. You will then know who is in the room and who you would like to followup with after the round of self-introductions. You are welcome to stay to network one-on-one and exchange business cards until dinner time.
There are also followup conversations for those interested developing new and exciting collaborative projects to support coaches by identifying the kind of support and resources you need and how others can be of service to you. Take the initiative to following up. Followup meetings may take place at the Capital Professional Center, 2423 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, first floor conference room, Wash. DC 20037, less than 2 blocks from Foggy Bottom, GWU Metro, blue/orange line or nearby project facilities. If you are interested in collaborative efforts, please contact one of the volunteer community builders at the event or email to organizers of this group or email email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org and call us. We look forward to meet you in person on 3rd Sundays at noon in Washington DC to introduce you to many new contacts each month. The weblink for this group is www.meetup.com/coaching/ Thank you!
