Yannick's Coaching Lab: Third-Generation Coaching w/ Prof. Reinhard Stelter

WELCOME TO YANNICK'S COACHING LAB!

Be a fly on the wall for a live 45min coaching demo, followed by a debrief, Q&A and conversations with the coach and client, and a chance to practice and experiment in triads in breakout rooms afterwards. You'll get to learn from interesting and experienced practitioners, connect with other coaches and generally have some fun and experiment in a safe and confidential environment.

In December we welcome a thought leader in Coaching, Prof. Reinhard Stelter, author of Third-Generation Coaching and The Art of Dialogue in Coaching (which was awarded coaching book of the year 2019 at Henley Business School.). Reinhard will be "lingering" with his client and showcasing his dialogical approach to working with people. This is a rare opportunity to be a fly on the wall for a 45mins coaching session with a highly experienced coach and professor of coaching psychology.

BIO & APPROACH

Reinhard Stelter is Professor Emeritus of Sports and Coaching Psychology and former Head of the Coaching Psychology Unit, at NEXS, University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Visiting Professor at the Copenhagen Business School and coach and lecturer at Copenhagen Coaching Center, offering a EMCC accredited master practitioner program. Reinhard holds a PhD in Psychology and is Honorary Vice-President, accredited member and associate fellow of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. He is founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and author of two English books: A Guide to Third Generation Coaching: Narrative-Collaborative Theory and Practice (Springer, 2014) and The Art of Dialogue in Coaching (Routledge), which was awarded coaching book of the year 2019 at Henley Business School.

RECORDINGS - where coach and client give their permission for the session to be used for training purposes (they will have 1 week post-event to veto or request edits), recordings will be made available to members. This also means that by participating in the Q&A and discussion you agree to be recorded.
