We can create a space for like minded people where it’s safe to share what we experience around sexuality and relationships.

Anybody interested in these topics or wants to know:
- how to heal sexually and give permission to pleasure
- how our erotic body and mind works;
- how our developmental unmet needs and related protective strategy we develop may affect our relationship AND sexual fantasies.
- how it’s possible to befriend sex and sexuality after traumatic experience
- how to understand and give expression to your fantasies
- how to attract healthy relationships
- how to be able to navigate the ups and down of romantic relationship;
- how to date consciously;
- how to explore their body sensually;
- how to attract the relationship they want;
- how to overcome break up or traumatic experience/toxic relationship;

I am Chiara and I am trauma informed, somatic sex and relationship coach.
