Hello and Welcome to Coastline & River walks 50 plus. I am commiting to organise at at least two meetups per month.

All of our walks are normal/medium pace walks and are not really suitable for those who wish to go on a very fast pace walk.

Simple Rules :
I would ask that when a new member joins they attend a meetup within the first 8 weeks of joining and pay there membership fee, this allows you to attend any meetup of your choice. If after 8 weeks of joining they have not attended a meetup there account will automatically expire, they can rejoin if they wish to attend and be an active member and pay the annual fee of 5 euros within two/three weeks of rejoining. You will notice that most of the meetups are managed in this way.

Please keep a check on your emails as you should receive a notification to your own personal email address of the meetups once they are scheduled . If you rsvp to a meetup and cannot attend please change your rsvp to NO as soon as you know you cannot attend in order to allow a member on the wait list to avail of the space.

I would ask you to Please READ the section "About us" which will provide you with more information on the meetup group, health and safety, etc. Each member that goes on a meetup/walk is responsible for there own safety, I do not take responsibility for any slip/trips/falls, so caution is needed at all times.Health & Safety: Events are organised with H&S in mind (max numbers, no unsafe venues/destinations etc.), however, each member attends events at their own risk.
PLEASE NOTE:
Coastal walks do not have Accidental Insurance cover for members going on walks and members are responsible for their own safety and they attend all meet-ups at their own risk.

No dogs are allowed on any walks.

I look forward to meeting you soon and hope you enjoy this group.

Thank you

Sophie
