What we're about

We grow fresh produce for charity. Most of our produce goes to Contra Costa Loaves and Fishes, which prepares meals and distributes to those who ask for a free meal.

We are becoming friends and building community, while we work outside and have fun.

We provide volunteer hours for students and internships through the County and local high schools that are paid for by the Federal Government.

About 1000 people volunteer every year. Join us!

Thursday Morning Urban Farming: We Grow Fresh Produce for Charity

CoCo San Sustainable Farm

Charity Farm: We feed those in need with our fresh produce.

We will be harvesting, weeding, building new planting beds and more. Please bring: hat, water, clean clippers, gloves (if you want) and hand hoe or hoe (if you have one). We have fun, would love your ideas, have many acres to plant and a food forest (modified due to restrictions) to design. We are all volunteers coming together to get fresh air, exercise and contribute to our community with fresh produce for those in need.
