Code for Philly Workshop #105

Join us at our weekly workshop to learn about technology, sharpen your skills, and help Philly at the same time! There are ample opportunities for people with any skill set and experience level to have an impact. Check out our website for a list of active projects (http://codeforphilly.org) or just stop by and ask for a captain to help you get started.

This week we have a special guest speaker, Raluca Ellis, Environmental Scientist with the Franklin Institute and the Program Director of Climate & Urban Systems Partnership (CUSP) (http://www.cuspproject.org/). The Climate & Urban Systems Partnership (CUSP), led by The Franklin Institute, is a community of informal educators, city government officials, and nonprofit organizations who share a passion for creating and delivering innovative ways to engage residents in climate change issues. Together, CUSP aims to help communities learn how to prepare now to live well in a hotter, wetter Philadelphia.
