Why use any Continuous Integration (CI) system at all?Why use a CI system in a project you develop alone?Unlike in other programming languages the Perl community has the CPAN testers. So why use GitHub Actions as well? In this presentation we'll start by answering those questions and then we'll learn how to use GitHub Actions both for simple Perl projects that only depend on Perl and for more complex projects that might also need a database server to run the tests.

After the presentations you'll have an opportunity to practice what you heard or discuss anything related.
