Code Mavens

Code Mavens are people who want to make sure they build software in a way that benefits the client and end-users while keeping the developers sane and profitable.

We believe in Agile practices. Primarily we like to put the people first and encourage cooperation and mutual help.

We love Test automation, TDD when appropriate, Refactoring, Retrospectives, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment.

We think Continuous Improvement is critical. Both for the software and for the engineers.

At our meetings we focus on practice. In most cases we have short presentations and hands-on exercises. We experiment with pair programming and mob programming among many other things.
