This session covers what it takes to build one a team can actually depend on: how to measure its effectiveness, create recoverable control flow, see inside it when it breaks, and why narrow scope plus your own data beats a general-purpose factory.
You’ll leave with the building blocks to implement one against your own codebase.

## 🎤 Speaker: Ash Tilawat

Ash Tilawat began teaching developers how to use AI in 2022, when, as he puts it, “nobody knew what RAG meant, agents weren't a thing, and evals didn't exist as a discipline.”
That work became Gauntlet AI, where he now serves as CTO and architect of the curriculum. He has trained 1,200+ engineers and partnered with 110+ companies, from pre-seed startups to public companies.
