--Jordan Fisher:--

Jordan Fisher is Co-founder and CEO of Zehitomo, Japan’s premier marketplace for local services. Recruiting the right people for Zehitomo is one of Jordan's most important jobs as a founder.

From photographers, to plumbers, to personal trainers, Zehitomo empowers small businesses and freelancers that conduct their business offline.

Prior to founding Zehitomo, Jordan was Vice President at J.P.Morgan in Tokyo. He worked as a programmer and project manager in Fixed Income Technology, before moving to help grow the Equity business as an Electronic Sales Trader covering both Japanese and international clients.
Born and raised in New York, Jordan holds a B.S. Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

--Chris Gerpheide:--

Chris is the VP of Engineering at Bespoke Inc, where she leads the engineering team and acts as tech hiring manager.

Bespoke develops Bebot, an AI chatbot for tourism in Japan, serving clients including Narita airport, the Japanese Government, Kyoto City, and train stations and hotels. Chris is passionate about technology and hiring pleasant people. Upon joining Bespoke in late 2018, she streamlined the technical interview process to maximize for efficiency and culture fit, and since then has grown the engineering team from 7 to 15 engineers, hiring roles from web developer to QA to machine learning engineer.

Before joining Bespoke, Chris was a Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services and she holds an MSc. in Computer Science and Engineering.

--Mike Omoto:--

Michael Toshiro Omoto graduated from UC Irvine in 2006 with a degree in psychology, and had careers in teaching and research before becoming a programmer. He joined a team of four engineers at Presto, then known as E la Carte, in 2012 in Silicon Valley. In 2015, he was promoted to the Director of Engineering until 2018, when he joined Mercari as an Engineering Manager.

He strongly believes that having a diverse engineering team directly leads to better product, including having people of diverse backgrounds.

--Yan Fan:--

Born in China and raised in Seattle, Yan graduated from Dartmouth College with degrees in Economics and Arabic. After graduation, Yan worked at Bunge Global Agribusiness, a commodities trading house. After a career change into tech, Yan worked as a software engineer at Ayasdi, a leading Silicon Valley machine learning startup, and as an instructor for Hack Reactor's prep course.

Code Chrysalis is Yan's second coding bootcamp--with Hack Reactor, she co-founded and served as CTO of a coding school in Jordan helping refugees in 2016.
